At Miss Jones Baking, we want you to love your treats; however, due to the perishable nature of our food products, we are unable to accept physical returns once they have shipped. If your order arrives damaged or is incorrect, please contact our support team within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or replacement.
Document the Issue
If your baking mixes or ingredients arrive damaged, please take clear photos of the packaging and the affected products as soon as they are delivered.

Email our customer care team at [email protected] with your order number, a brief description of the problem, and the photos you took.
Review Process
Our team will review your request within 2-3 business days to verify the damage or error and determine if a refund or reshipment is appropriate.
Resolution
Once approved, we will either issue a refund to your original payment method or ship out a fresh replacement at no additional cost to you.
